Improvement Planning Process:

Step 1: Teams formed in 20 clinical and operational areas with FOH and international members.
Chair and Vice-Chair have been appointed by Huzoor (aba)

Step 2: Questionnaires served as discussion points by newly formed international teams
(Initial draft submitted by FOH leaders from various departments was used as the starting point)
- Step 3: One Day Department-Wide Meetings to prepare summary slides; departmental feedback for incorporation into plan \
- Step 4: Finalization of 20 Teams scorecards in preparation for final three Day Hospital Wide Listening Session; Preliminary budgeting

Step 5: Three Day Hospital Wide Listening Session, Chair or Vice-Chair will present, two summary slides per team, open feedback will be incorporated.

Step 6: Presentation of analyzed options for Hazrat Khalifatul Masih V (aba) and subsequent operational plan execution
